the Shahiyena Oasis?
Immerse yourself in a complex of 34 houses surrounded by nature. Each house is self-contained and surrounded by a fruit forest. The site accommodates eco-tourists and investors, the project's sponsors.
It has a collective garden producing vegetables and medicinal plants.
A goal? Energy and food autonomy within 5 to 10 years while completely regenerating the site.
The Oasis has a large training and multicultural activities center. Live performances, concerts, exhibitions, and ceremonies are held there year-round.
Internships and training courses are regularly offered in various fields: permaculture, knowledge of flora and fauna, eco-construction.
But also personal development retreats, among others...
Meditative practices, body awakening, Yoga and rituals will be offered there regularly.
The place is also a center of learning and culture: composed of a library, toy library, spaces for educational and creative activities and artistic exhibitions.
It offers spaces for reconnecting with oneself and with nature.
Food retreats, healing workshops, fasts, hikes and discoveries of plant and animal biodiversity are organized there.
There will also be meetings and connections with Native Americans through conferences, ceremonies and sacred rites.

The Oasis is located in Panama, in tropical Central America.
Why Panama?
It is a politically stable country.
The climate is ideal year-round, with temperature and humidity variability depending on altitude and microclimates. Panama has no fewer than seven different climates, with a very diverse topography. There are many varieties of relief and mountains, as well as a very diverse coastline. It borders the Pacific and Caribbean coasts and includes a large number of islets.
The population density is very low (58 inhabitants/km2).
There are still pristine spaces.
Natural and health risks are the lowest in all of Central America
The biodiversity is exceptional, equivalent to that of Costa Rica.
The conditions for expatriation are excellent,

It has a swimming area accessible to all inhabitants of the oasis, this can be a beach, a lagoon, a river, a waterfall.
Two types of environment are considered
A hiker's oasis
with its cascades and waterfalls, its rivers... It is a hamlet of freshness in eternal spring, with viewpoints cleared by the relief.
There is a great diversity of animals and fruits, spider monkeys, chirimoyas, orchids, etc.
A tropical oasis
with magnificent views of the sea, a lagoon, mangrove areas, very rich seabeds, very sweet fruits,
coconuts and cocoa in abundance, in a particularly summer climate, regulated by tropical rains.

The habitat
The oasis is a kind of private residential estate crisscrossed by natural corridors. It is also monitored and secured to protect biodiversity and its occupants.
The villas are immersed in nature, with abundant fruit trees within easy reach.
The vegetable garden, managed by the permaculture management company, provides quality vegetables for local residents.
The habitat is intended to be bioclimatic and of high standing, discreet, turnkey, fully integrated into the local natural environment.

The design is bioclimatic and incorporates a global cost approach, allowing maintenance and upkeep costs to be taken into account over time.

What is the economic principle of the Oasis?
Concretely, the oasis generates profits through eco-tourism rentals and the organization of events.
These profits allow the asset management company to generate an annual return of around 8% of the invested capital .
Investing in the oasis means being a shareholder in the oasis. The latter contributes capital to a real estate asset and, in return, benefits from an annual income of 8% on this capital.
To reside in the oasis, you simply convert all or part of your earnings into villa occupancy time. You don't own a villa; you're a shareholder in a property company that owns the infrastructure.
Unlike traditional Time Share, you define, in collaboration with internal teams, your periods of occupation, which can vary from a few days to an entire year.
You are a "privileged tenant ", AND you accumulate wealth (because the oasis increases in value and you are a shareholder).
You don't have to do anything, we take care of everything! (Water, electricity, maintenance, reservation management, garden...)
Each year you can decide which villa you want to occupy, when and for how long.
No more hassle with maintaining and protecting your primary or secondary residence!
